Charith Wijesekera adjudged the winner of the 'Young up and coming Fashion Designer 2009' organized by Zainab Ammarah, held at the Waters Edge on the December 07, 2009. Charith who is 20 years of age from Moratuwa completed a Diploma in Merchandising at CITI. He has a very long way to go in the fashion arena and we wish her the best.
