‘Debiddo’ by Prasanna Vithanage

Veteran playwright and filmmaker Prasanna Vithanage’s latest play ‘Debiddo’, a translation of Dario Fo’s 'Trumpets and Raspberries' on staged at Elphinstone theatre recently. The play will be immensely popular among the Sri Lankan theatre lovers and made shows around the country to packed audience. The first cast included Jayalath Manoratne(dual role), Jayani Senanayake, Jayasiri Chandrajith, Dayadewa Edirisinghe, Damayanthi Fonseka and Sulochana Weerasinghe.
